Prologue Day 2

Gallup, NM to Boulder, CO

This morning we woke up to rain. We packed our stuff into the car before we went down to breakfast and were soaked in the time it took to throw two suitcases into the back of the car. The driving was much better today though. After about an hour, the rain stopped and it didn't rain again. We drove through (flew past is probably more accurate) Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and Denver to arrive in Boulder just before sunset.

Once we figured out where the hotel is and then figured out how to park (more complicated than you might think), we checked into a very swanky hotel, the St Julien. After our 24 hour drive in the last two days, all we did was get something to eat and go to bed.
