Asia Trip - Day 24

Melbourne - Sydney

After taking an hour to check out of the hotel (Seriously, I was third in line and it took 40 minutes to get to the desk. I couldn't figure out what was taking so long until it took me 20 minutes to check out and all I had to do was sign the credit card slip) we had to hurry to catch our plane. We arrived just before the last call to check in for our flight, so got to Sydney on time.

Christina and Greg picked us up at the airport. One of the nicest things about visiting a country where you have friends is airport rides. In Cambodia and Thailand, we got screwed on almost every airport trip, but in Australia we were either met by friends or had a rental car waiting, sometimes both. We had a quick drive past their future apartment and crashed at their place.

We went out to dinner with some of their friends to a dumpling place. All we ate was pork wrapped in dough. It was fantastic.
