Bangkok
This morning we slept in. It was wonderful. Around noon we checked out, left our stuff with the hotel and went templing. First we went to Wat Arun, the enormous temple of the dawn. Then on to the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, who is massive (~40m long). Next came the Grand Palace, home of the emerald Buddha and a lot of cool architecture. Finally we ended with the giant swing and the Golden Mount, a temple on a hill with great views of Bangkok.
Back at our hotel, we got our stuff, had one last swim, changed and headed for the airport for our overnight flight to Melbourne.
